These Keto Alfredo Cheesy Breadsticks are a low-carb, delicious snack or appetizer featuring soft zero-carb tortillas layered with creamy Alfredo sauce and gooey mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses. Air fried to crispy perfection and topped with garlic butter and fresh parsley, these breadsticks offer a satisfying, cheesy flavor perfect for keto diets.


Ingredients

Cheesy Breadsticks

  • 2 Zero Carb Soft Taco Tortillas
  • 2 tbsp Rao’s Alfredo Sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 3 tbsp Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 tbsp Melted Butter
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Chopped Parsley


Instructions

  1. Prepare the base: Place one zero carb tortilla flat into the bottom of the air fryer tray to serve as the base of the breadsticks.
  2. Brush with Alfredo sauce: Evenly brush the 2 tablespoons of Alfredo sauce over the tortilla to add creamy flavor and moisture.
  3. Add first layer of cheese: Sprinkle half of the grated Parmesan (1.5 tbsp) and half of the shredded mozzarella (3/4 cup) evenly over the Alfredo-coated tortilla.
  4. Top with second tortilla: Place the second tortilla on top of the cheese layer, creating a sandwich effect.
  5. Make garlic butter: In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter and garlic powder until combined.
  6. Brush garlic butter: Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over the top tortilla to enhance flavor and promote browning.
  7. Add remaining cheese: Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses evenly over the top tortilla.
  8. Air fry: Place the tray in the air fryer and cook at 350°F (175°C) for 6 to 8 minutes. Optionally, flip the tortilla carefully halfway through if you want the bottom toasted and crispy as well once the top cheese is bubbly and browned.
  9. Slice and garnish: Remove from the air fryer and slice the layered tortillas into breadsticks. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
