Artichoke Hearts

  • 14 ounces canned artichoke hearts

Seasoning

  • 2 teaspoons avocado oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Optional

  • 1 tablespoon shredded parmesan cheese


Instructions

  1. Prepare the Artichokes: Drain the canned artichoke hearts thoroughly, then pat them dry with paper towels. Place them on a cutting board and slice each heart in half lengthwise.
