Ingredients
1 1/2 cups almond flour
1/4 cup Swerve sweetener
1/4 cup butter, softened

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together almond flour, sweetener, baking powder, and salt.
- Add in butter, egg, lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla extract, mixing until dough forms.
- Scoop spoonfuls of dough and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
