Description
Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are bite-sized comfort foods filled with seasoned ground beef, melted cheese, and garlic, all wrapped in a fluffy biscuit dough, topped with parmesan for extra flavor.
Ingredients
1 lb ground beef (80/20)
4 garlic cloves, crushed
1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuits
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and crushed garlic until the beef is browned and fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
- Stir in the Italian seasoning and shredded cheese. Continue cooking until the cheese has melted and the mixture is well combined.
- Flatten each refrigerated biscuit into a circle, about 4 inches wide.
- Place about two tablespoons of the beef and cheese mixture in the center of each biscuit circle. Fold the edges over the filling and seal the biscuit, ensuring the filling is securely enclosed.
- Arrange the filled biscuits on a greased baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese for added flavor.
Notes
Add sautéed onions, peppers, or mushrooms to the beef mixture for extra flavor.
Try different cheeses like gouda, provolone, or spicy pepper jack.
If you like heat, add hot sauce or sliced jalapeños to the beef mixture.
You can prepare the bombs ahead of time and store them in the fridge before baking.
Freeze unbaked bombs for later use and bake directly from the freezer, adding 3-5 extra minutes to the baking time.
