Instructions

  1. Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) to get it ready for cooking the pineapple evenly and thoroughly.
  2. Prepare Pineapple: Slice, core, and cut the fresh pineapple into even-sized slices, spears, chunks, or rings to ensure uniform cooking.
  3. Coat Pineapple: Toss the pineapple pieces in a bowl with the light brown sugar and ground cinnamon until all pieces are fully coated for that perfect caramelized flavor.
  4. Prepare Air Fryer Basket: Lightly spray the air fryer tray or basket with a non-stick cooking spray to prevent sticking during cooking.

Notes
