Description

This homemade Starbucks Caramel Brûlée Latte replicates the smooth espresso flavor combined with rich caramel syrup and a delightful topping of whipped cream and crunchy toffee bits. Perfect for a cozy, indulgent drink at home in just under 10 minutes.

Ingredients

Milk & Syrup

  • ½ cup whole milk (or milk of choice)
  • 3 tbsp caramel syrup

Coffee

  • 2 espresso shots (or 8 oz hot coffee)

Toppings

  • Whipped cream
  • Toffee bits

Instructions

  1. Heat Milk and Caramel Syrup: Add the milk and caramel syrup to a small saucepan and heat over medium heat until it just begins to foam, taking care not to boil. Remove from heat and whisk vigorously until the milk becomes slightly frothy.
  2. Brew Coffee: Prepare two shots of espresso or brew 8 ounces of hot coffee and pour it into a large coffee mug.
  3. Combine and Serve: Pour the caramel-infused frothy milk into the coffee. Top generously with whipped cream and sprinkle toffee bits on top. Serve immediately and enjoy your caramel brûlée latte.

Notes

  • You can substitute dairy milk with almond, oat, or soy milk for a vegan or lactose-free option.
  • For a stronger coffee flavor, use espresso shots instead of brewed coffee.
  • Adjust the caramel syrup amount depending on your sweetness preference.
  • If you don’t have toffee bits, crushed caramel candies or caramel sauce drizzle can be a good alternative.
