- ½ cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- ¼ tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Make the crust: In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, sugar, and cinnamon. Press into the bottom of the pan. Bake for 10 minutes, then cool.
- Prepare the cheesecake layer: Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla. Pour over the cooled crust.
- Make the apple layer: Toss apples with lemon juice, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Spread over the cheesecake layer.

- Bake the bars: Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden and set. Cool, then refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Make the caramel sauce: Combine sugar and water in a saucepan. Cook until amber, then whisk in cream, butter, and salt. Cool slightly.
