  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer: Set your air fryer to 400ºF to get it ready for cooking the artichoke hearts. This ensures a crispy finish.
  2. Prepare the artichokes: Drain and halve the artichoke hearts if whole. Pat them dry using paper towels by gently pressing to remove excess moisture, which helps achieve crispiness.
