Ingredients
Frittata Base
- 6 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk

- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
Instructions
- Preheat Air Fryer: Set your air fryer to 320°F (160°C) and allow it to preheat for a few minutes to ensure even cooking.
- Mix Eggs and Milk: In a mixing bowl, whisk together the 6 eggs, 1/4 cup milk, salt, and pepper until fully combined and slightly frothy to incorporate air for fluffiness.
- Add Vegetables and Cheese: Stir in the 1 cup of mixed vegetables and 1/2 cup shredded cheese evenly into the egg mixture for a flavorful blend.
- Prepare Pan: Grease an air fryer-safe pan or dish lightly to prevent sticking, then pour the egg mixture into the pan.
- Cook Frittata: Place the pan in the air fryer basket and cook at 320°F (160°C) for 10-12 minutes until the eggs are set and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
